Self-Raising Flour
A substitute for self-raising flour. Plain flour with baking powder and a little salt mixed in.

- 1 cup (about 120 g)
Ingredients
- 120 g unbleached all-purpose flour, 1 cup
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Sift or whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together until evenly mixed.
Notes
- The original note lists only the ingredients. Use it cup for cup in place of self-raising flour, and scale up as needed.
